A Strong Start to 2018
Mid July 2002 in an office floor of a building in Crows Nest, Sydney, NSW Empower U began. It was a slow start on the Friday night but by the end, It was an overwhelming success with many of the participants claiming that it was the best experience of their lives. Fast forward to February 2018 and we are still at it, achieving amazing results for a whole new generation of young people.
In that time I have experiences so many incredible moments at the many hundreds of Empower U programs that I have run all over the world. It has been an absolute pleasure to share the many incredible life skills so important with developing a healthy mind and a strong spirit. More-so than ever, young people need to focus on developing their interpersonal skills. With technology taking people away from being Present it is imperative that young people create an environment that is going to be supportive in developing greater self esteem and self worth.
